US Systems was formed in 1969 when our founder invented a portable pneumatic conveying system for quickly and easily unloading railcars and trucks. Customers found USS through four channels: referral, advertising, representatives, or repeat business.

In the mid-1990’s, a new channel for serving customers became widespread: The Internet.

As a company dedicated to solving problems it was easy to see that people were online looking for answers. So we decided it was important to have a web presence. In 1998 we registered our domain name and launched our first website (link takes you to the old site!).

The phone started ringing even more. We were able to successfully help even more people solve their most stubborn problems.

Eleven years later technology had advanced and so we launched another successful redesign of the site. We were able to add more information for our customers including literature and photo galleries.

Well, it’s 2016, and in an effort to remain customer-focused we’ve done it again: We’ve launched a new website, adding more information about our products and services, updated literature, process diagrams, case studies, and more.
