Permanent Installation for Various Joints
Compression tubing and pipe couplings are designed for permanent installation, ideal for joining plain end, threaded, grooved, or mixed joints. Their band-type construction ensures uniform compression across the entire surface of the joint.
Durable Construction Materials
These couplings are made from heavy-gauge zinc-plated steel, ensuring durability and longevity. Aluminum and stainless steel couplings are also available upon request for those requiring different specifications.
Variety of Gasket Options
Standard gaskets are provided in black neoprene. For those needing FDA-approved materials, white neoprene is available at a slight additional cost. Various other gasket materials are also available, providing flexibility for different applications.
Prevent Static Electricity Build-Up
To prevent static electricity build-up in bulk material conveying systems, it’s recommended to use Morris Compression Couplings with grounding strips. Whether your needs call for aluminum or stainless steel strips, be sure to specify when ordering.
Stainless Steel Gasket Protectors
Standard stainless steel grounding strips are included, but aluminum grounding strips or couplings without grounding strips can be provided at the same price. To eliminate gasket wear and avoid contamination in your system lines, specify couplings with stainless steel gasket protectors.
